It does give the impression that there will be a lot of conflict in the Year of 2022. Russia invaded Ukraine on 24 February 2022. The year and month pillars were identical, this will usually mean a lot of hiccups throughout the year, and progress will be slow.

When the 5 yellow star returns to the middle, 五黄入中, similar to the original heaven plate, is that it will amplifies the good and the bad events throughout the year. However, what has happened so far in 2022 were mostly negative events, hence, i believe the financial markets have yet to make a bottom at this point in time, and are likely to worsen in the coming months.
While the 8 earth star is the dominant star within the current 20-year feng shui cycle, countries in the North East direction, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan were not spared, at least their economies have also suffered in 2022.
Another thing to note this year is that, the three killing star was located at the north, 三煞, pointing to conflict, which turned out to be the Russia-Ukraine War.

There are 6 lines in this hexagram, with the bottom being Fire trigram and the upper one, water trigram. In I-Ching, each line can be used to represent 2 months in a year. And we start from the bottom, the fire trigram, fire represent brightness & hope; while water represent darkness & danger.
The cut off would be August 2022 where the world will enter the water trigram. I believe the prophecy will materialise with Jan & Feb 2022 being better than Oct & Nov 2022, because there will be more disorder in the coming months, ranging from lack of food resources, recession to civil unrest arising from exorbitant utility bills.
This is also not a good year to do any investment or business expansion, because of 亥水持世, and 子水持应帮亥水.

What is surprising is that the decennial pattern also predicted a bearish market in advance, with the year ending 1 & 2 marked by revolutions and wars.

The year ending 2 tends to bottom out in the month of July or Oct.
20 years ago, it was the bottom of the dot com bubble burst, a double bottom formed in mid Oct.
60 years ago, it was the bottom of the Kennedy slide, a double bottom formed in mid Oct as well.
